Orlando Day 3: Florida Mall

Today's #FOTD! I wore Beau Brun again today, despite my terrible first encounter with it. And surprisingly I like it a lot more today. I think my cracked lips were not in any condition for me to judge the lippie that day. I still don't like how much it transfers, even when I'm just drinking water. But at least enough colour is left after that it looks fine! Still using my Physician's Formula blush because I like how rosy it looks on the face, but it's really not as pigmented as I would like. I have to keep building it up! I've also been giving my hair a break because using the straightener on it daily for more than 1 week has been crazy on my hair. #dayrebeauty 📍Florida Mall We had A&W for lunch at Florida Mall! The portions are actually relatively small, but we shared this amongst 3 girls and were still full. Probably because we also had 2 root beers, and we stole some of the guys' fries. One of the guys' ordered from Philly C

Yesterday's #FOTD! Wearing my Physician's Formula Happy Booster Blush in Rose. It is a really pretty shade of pink so I'm glad I decided to splurge on it! But it is definitely not as pigmented as the Wet n Wild Color Icon Blush. That one packs a punch when u first pop it on your face, and this Physician's Formula one requires some building up. But I feel that it does have a high lasting power. I've been using the Wet n Wild primer and I feel it's been doing a pretty good job too. A very basic eye because I tried a new lippie. Nyx Lingerie in Exotic! Gosh it is such a pretty colour, but I know I have tons of lippies that look so similar to this. Still, no regrets! It lasted pretty decently through the day compared to Push Up, even through food and water. For approximately USD8.50 after tax, I think it's a fantastic buy. #dayrebeauty We went outlet mall shopping! All Kate Spade bags were 60% off with an additional 20%. J commented that this was

Boston >> Orlando Day 1

Backdating for yesterday's post... Which has nothing interesting because it was just a day of traveling. We had a 2-ish hour flight to Florida and reached around 3PM. Breakfast/lunch at Boston Airport from Sbarros. Well for a low cost carrier/budget airlines at least there are free snacks! 😛 We checked into Holiday Inn, our first hotel for the entire trip, then had dinner at TGIF. This is the Bourbon Barrel Chicken and the chicken was good but absolutely tiny. Ribs! This was so tasty. #hazelnutinFlorida #hazelnutonExchange

Boston Day 4

Just had a somewhat small-ish conflict with someone...? And the best thing is I don't even know what it's about. If there is a problem why don't you just tell me what it is so we can sort it out before it happens? 😪 I really hate it when people don't talk. Still, 4 more months to go. I'm not about to let my exchange become unpleasant. I can do this! Backdating because I didn't have time to update yesterday's activities! And also because we played bridge til quite late at night again. 😅 Anyway... Not sure what to think about the scenario I raged about last night but I don't think it escalated, so... I'm confused as to what even happened. But it's ok DISNEYLAND coming right up and I'm so excited! 📍Black Seed Cafe and Grill 131 Tremont Street, Boston We started off the day with chicken kabobs and bad service. Well, not bad service per se, but the situation was rather hilarious. I ordered for my friend, "one large coffee&q

📍Charlie's Sandwich Shop 429 Columbus Avenue, Boston Breakfast today was a heavy brunch around 11-ish! Our mushroom and cheese omelette with house fries (potato wedges) and a side of rye toast. It baffles me how any one person could finish this entire serving. 😰 I felt like 3 of us girls would have been full just ordering this alone. We had Cranberry Griddlecakes too which was so sour that I literally doused the entire pancake in honey. My tongue was burning from the sour sensation, it was unreal. The guys' breakfast. Their French toast looked pretty good too. Boston is also filled with gorgeous buildings, something we never get to see in Singapore. We went to Boston Public Library after brunch for photo taking opps. I really love how our group's mentality is the same: go to one place, find a good angle, everyone takes an identical shot, then we rest a while and move onto the next location. Top priority - photos. And everyone has differen
