Day 138

Did an embarrassing thing this morning during my jog.

I'd just started for 200 metres when I passed by a stationary car. Apparently the maid was on the other side of the car washing and I didn't see her because it was still completely dark.

Just as I ran past the car she suddenly emerged from behind it, right in front of me.

I almost crashed into her and I let out a huge scream LOL. I literally JUMPED IN FRIGHT HAHA.
I literally looked like this. And my scream wasn't "AHHH!", it was a full blown "UUUWAAHHHH!"

I was so embarrassed after that... 😱😱

On my third round I rounded a corner and almost crashed into a cat who started sprinting off at full speed. 🐱

Running in the dark is really bad for my weak heart.

And then I was almost late for work because I took too long to crawl out of bed and pack my lunch.
Lunch for yesterday and today: teriyaki chicken and lettuce in a Swissbake baguette with a side of cherry tomatoes.

I sorta miss going out with the other interns to eat but I don't like to eat the oily stuff because I put on weight so easily. 😕

Intended to go out with them to eat today but ended up meeting @yanbellat Subway! To exchange our cosmetic products that we helped each other buy. 😂
We went to Watsons... And there was a sale but sadly no Bourgeois Rouge lippies ): maybe I'll check out Nex later!

Another 30 minutes to go!
Went to Watsons with the intention of getting the Bourjois Rouge Velvet but the discounts were actually quite lousy, so meh, left without one. 

And got my Silkygirl matte lip cream today from Yanling during lunch... It's 01 and it's the first swatch (on the wrist).

It was super dark when I got home so I can't really tell but it looks quite orangey-red on the lips. Sort of like a dark coral. I'll wear it tomorrow to work and see how it looks!
Also got this brush from Zoeva during the Sephora 20% sales BUT it's not rose golden at all? 😭 it's so pretty and pink on the website but it's just gold..? I thought I got the wrong brush but the handle actually says rose golden if you look at the photo.

Bummer. 😞

Had my last Korean lesson today! The feeling of standing in front of the whole class and cameras to present is really terrifying. I'm so used to presentations in NBS but Korean is different. My mind literally blanked out when I stood there! But I got through it ok, so ✌🏻️ Hope I did ok! So thankful for this class, really. It's the only non-stressful, enjoyable class and my teacher's a really great teacher. I went for makeup lesson once and the teacher was so scary 🙀 Honestly I think the teacher makes so much of a difference. I got so tired out and scared in the makeup lesson, it wasn't enjoyable at all! I hope to get this same teacher when I take Korean 2 in Y3S2. Currently in a state of dilemma. I need some advice!!  This year I'll celebrate my 21st birthday! And after much deliberation I've decided not to hold a party - I've never been one of the "popular" kids so I've only stuck close to very few people and they're all different cliques who don't know each other, so at a party they would all be self-entertaining within the clique (since I can't possibly split myself to talk to all the cliques). Which I feel defeats the purpose of celebrating my bday. Despite not having a party, I want a cake. Like a gloriously gorgeous personalized cake just for my 21st. And I know who I want to get it from - I've been following and stalking her Instagram newsfeed for almost a year, waiting for the time of my 21st to come so that I can order a cake. Curious Palette // #OOTD

Insomnia at 2am again (every night this week!) that I'm going to regret because tomorrow's going to be a wasted day of sleepiness and naps again Good morninggggg. Ok as usual I couldn't wake up before 10am because of insomnia. Just finished breakfast and I'm bored so I'm going to post photos from the past week so that I can use dayre as a way to remember stuff even though nobody follows me here 😂 #faceoftheday a couple of days ago that is #nofilter hahaha.
