Day 153

Happy Hump Day! It's finally midweek.

So far my senior has been picking me up from my house to go to client's place together, which means I have time to spam selfies while waiting for her. Motivation to do my face nicely!

I really overloaded on the highlights today. Nose bridge, cheek bones, chin, everywhere. I might as well have dunked myself in sparkles. (Can you see the glow in the photo!)

I love how it looks... Until my skin starts oiling up. 🌚
It's weird because my innisfree primer worked for like a few days but now my skin is oiling up quite a bit again? My makeup definitely stays on the face longer but oil control is suddenly an issue again especially on my nose. Can your skin get "immune" to a primer? 😳
Used my new eyebrow pencil from Etude House today but I can't get used to the shape so I gave myself much thicker brows than expected.

Close up of the #FOTD! I bronzed and everything today, ahem. Very obsessed recently with peach/pink eyeshadows and a dark smokey black/brown in the outer corners. Can't really tell in the photo because I toned it down - can't go to client's place looking like I'm going for a party.

Speaking of Drag Queens - I've been extremely obsessed with RuPaul's Drag Race. I'm on Season 7 and I watched 9 episodes in 3 days (a lot, considering I only have a few hours of rest time after work everyday).

I'm just mind blown by all their runway looks? Their makeup skills and their sewing skills.

It makes me really miss Runway and all the hours I spent at the sewing machine. 😭

Anyway this is my second favourite Queen from Season 7, Max. She got eliminated and I was so sad!
Aaaaand my favourite - Violet Chachki. I love her outfits and her walk; she really OWNS the runway. I literally can't get over the fact that she's a man but probably 20 times more glamorous than I am.

I didn't check who wins Season 7 because I want to slowly watch each episode, but I hope it's Violet!

My roast chicken on wholemeal bap from yesterday 😋

So far being at the client's place has been pretty good except for the fact that going to the washroom is super inconvenient (we don't have access to the office so we need to help each other open the doors, plus we can only use the handicapped toilet).
The mother and sister baked chocolate muffins!

Time to get fat. 😈

I took the train home today and had serious cab withdrawals 😂 time to get back to the life of a poor intern! No more cabs!
Oh gosh I want new lippies again. Noooooo.

I've gone on a self-challenge where I lined up all my lippies in my acrylic container and everyday... I pick a different shade to wear. I'm not allowed to repeat two days in a row (excluding weekends because I wanna take ootds and I have a specific makeup look I do to match outfits haha).

Going to collage all the different lipsticks at the end of it all. More shameless selfies!

Insomnia at 2am again (every night this week!) that I'm going to regret because tomorrow's going to be a wasted day of sleepiness and naps again Good morninggggg. Ollie's Cafe // TTR Me & You Tee

Had dinner at Ollie's Cafe with my girls last night. 😋 It was a very good dinner with a lot of stomach-ache inducing laughter and crazy jokes. We even received a "post-exam welfare pack" from one of them, LOL. Before exams we usually pack WFP for each other, but this sem we were quite busy before finals, so only two of us packed. The third girl gave her WFP to us after our second paper. Her reason was that "when you've already finished eating all the other people's WFP, mine will come in handy!". So the last girl joked that hers will be a "post-exam WFP", for the after-exams period when you have already finished all the WFP and need something to eat, LOL. Honestly I'm so thankful I found this bunch of girls in Y1S1. I'm not sure if it's just me, but after a couple of sems, everyone just sticks in their own cliques in classes. Orlando Day 2: Outlet Malls

Yesterday's #FOTD! Wearing my Physician's Formula Happy Booster Blush in Rose. It is a really pretty shade of pink so I'm glad I decided to splurge on it! But it is definitely not as pigmented as the Wet n Wild Color Icon Blush. That one packs a punch when u first pop it on your face, and this Physician's Formula one requires some building up. But I feel that it does have a high lasting power. I've been using the Wet n Wild primer and I feel it's been doing a pretty good job too. A very basic eye because I tried a new lippie. Nyx Lingerie in Exotic! Gosh it is such a pretty colour, but I know I have tons of lippies that look so similar to this. Still, no regrets! It lasted pretty decently through the day compared to Push Up, even through food and water.
