Sleek Solstice Palette

Received this in the mail yesterday and ripped it open excitedly! Thanks @joycelynthiang for holding the spree 😘
The gold packaging already has 1001 smudges and fingerprints because every time I touch it... 😳

When I opened it I went "oooooooooh" for a very long while. So. Shiny.
Subsolar (bottom left) looks very white on my arm. Which was surprising because it looked pale gold in the pan.

Hemisphere (top right) comes off as a frosty lavender on me! Whew - I thought it would look horrifyingly purple at first.

Equinox (bottom right) looks like a nice pale golden. This was also surprising because I thought it would be too dark from the pan so maybe use it as a blush topper. But apparently not!

Ecliptic (top left) is a pinkish cream shade on my arm.
Very bad skin because I'm still laying off the heavy makeup and only using powder foundation. Used Hemisphere today! It just doesn't show up completely on the cheekbones in photos. 😪 But woah it is pigmented and I have two strong frosty beams on my face now.

I actually tried them all except Ecliptic (because it's cream) and it looks the same on my skin no matter what colour? 😂
Updating my lunches for the week! Herbed bread, a fried chicken patty from NTUC (the place that sells roast chicken too), romaine lettuce and a handful of cherry tomatoes and grapes. 😛 This was for Monday and Tuesday.
Tried out this Mushroom Luncheon ham this week and it's actually pretty good! 😋 The bread is Gardenia's herbed Mediterranean Foccacia (love bread with olives!).

Friday is "cheat day" (actually not really because I snack so much everyday) and I'm going to eat caipng with the associate that I'm working with!

Insomnia at 2am again (every night this week!) that I'm going to regret because tomorrow's going to be a wasted day of sleepiness and naps again Good morninggggg. Ollie's Cafe // TTR Me & You Tee

Had dinner at Ollie's Cafe with my girls last night. 😋 It was a very good dinner with a lot of stomach-ache inducing laughter and crazy jokes. We even received a "post-exam welfare pack" from one of them, LOL. Before exams we usually pack WFP for each other, but this sem we were quite busy before finals, so only two of us packed. The third girl gave her WFP to us after our second paper. Her reason was that "when you've already finished eating all the other people's WFP, mine will come in handy!". So the last girl joked that hers will be a "post-exam WFP", for the after-exams period when you have already finished all the WFP and need something to eat, LOL. Honestly I'm so thankful I found this bunch of girls in Y1S1. I'm not sure if it's just me, but after a couple of sems, everyone just sticks in their own cliques in classes. Orlando Day 2: Outlet Malls

Yesterday's #FOTD! Wearing my Physician's Formula Happy Booster Blush in Rose. It is a really pretty shade of pink so I'm glad I decided to splurge on it! But it is definitely not as pigmented as the Wet n Wild Color Icon Blush. That one packs a punch when u first pop it on your face, and this Physician's Formula one requires some building up. But I feel that it does have a high lasting power. I've been using the Wet n Wild primer and I feel it's been doing a pretty good job too. A very basic eye because I tried a new lippie. Nyx Lingerie in Exotic! Gosh it is such a pretty colour, but I know I have tons of lippies that look so similar to this. Still, no regrets! It lasted pretty decently through the day compared to Push Up, even through food and water.
