Stopped by FEP today because I was craving SEY pork ribs before I fly off. π And brought my friends J and A along as well! We wanted to discuss our itinerary for our pre trip as well as head to the money changer.
This was the Marmite Chicken which J actually preferred over SEY pork ribs. It's really not too bad, very tasty!

I still like this best even though it's too spicy for me. I ended up blowing my nose non stop throughout the meal. π

Salted caramel dip cone from Macs that I've wanted to try for a long time! I love all things salted caramel. (Though to be fair, it's more caramel than salted.)
This was after our trip to the money changers, which was eventful.
Firstly, I've never changed money before. I know, I know, "pampered". That's what someone I know told me recently when I mentioned that I don't know how to cook.
In my defence... I've just never had the opportunity to do so before because my mum rules the kitchen.

And she rules it with an iron fist - if I mess anything up, I'll be in trouble. But beginners in cooking are always ιΈ‘ζιΈθ and tend to mess up everything, right? Plus I've really never had a reason to learn how to cook because my mum cooks for the family daily, and my school days up til now have consisted mainly of studying most of the time.
Everyone's fighting their own battles, so it's not fair to call someone pampered just based on that. Or maybe I'm just bitter at being called that. π

But back to the money changer's. I was so flustered while counting my money that I dropped the whole bundle onto the floor. And my friends and I stood there for ages trying to calculate how many notes we should pass over to the money changer, and whether to multiply or divide the rate. Honestly you'd never think that we were 3 Accountancy and Banking & Finance Y3 students. π
But all's well, we managed to change our money and got home safely!

Got new water bottles to bring to Canada and I really like these new Tupperware bottles! I like the yellow one because Swiftie yo, but I like the blue colour more. #Dilemma

I don't know why I decided to line with brown eyeshadow when I had to be out in the hot sun. It smudged in an hour. But recently I've been going more toward a brown/warm attempt-to-be-glowy look.
It's quite impossible to be glowy and perfect when you've skin like mine... And I don't want to pile on a thick layer of matte full coverage foundation. Only a fantasy for people without gorgeous skin to begin with. But well... I try. π
I don't know why I decided to line with brown eyeshadow when I had to be out in the hot sun. It smudged in an hour. But recently I've been going more toward a brown/warm attempt-to-be-glowy look.

I accidentally doused my chicken in too much marinade. Not a good idea to give a beginner full rein with the sauces. My mum said that her tongue was completely devoid of taste after trying my chicken. That, and I faced some slight mishaps while frying my omelette (can't ever get the darned eggs to flip properly!).
Overall, hey, it wasn't that bad. And cooking is actually fun!
