Ollie's Cafe // TTR Me & You Tee

Had dinner at Ollie's Cafe with my girls last night. 😋 It was a very good dinner with a lot of stomach-ache inducing laughter and crazy jokes. We even received a "post-exam welfare pack" from one of them, LOL. Before exams we usually pack WFP for each other, but this sem we were quite busy before finals, so only two of us packed. The third girl gave her WFP to us after our second paper.

Her reason was that "when you've already finished eating all the other people's WFP, mine will come in handy!". So the last girl joked that hers will be a "post-exam WFP", for the after-exams period when you have already finished all the WFP and need something to eat, LOL.

Honestly I'm so thankful I found this bunch of girls in Y1S1. I'm not sure if it's just me, but after a couple of sems, everyone just sticks in their own cliques in classes.

It's quite impossible to sit down at a table of unfamiliar faces on the first day of class and expect to be good friends with them by the end of semester because chances are they already came to class with a few friends? I'm guilty of the same thing, and this is also why I'm literally mortified whenever I get into an index without my friends. 😌 I'm dreadfully awkward when meeting people for the first time which only makes it worse!

I had the Turkey Burger ($18.90). I was afraid that the patty/burger would be dry and unappealing but the turkey patty was surprisingly very thick and very juicy. The burgers even come with truffle fries, yumm. There's something about truffle fries which I can't resist.

My friend had the Vintage Cheese, if I'm not wrong. When her burger came I stared at her chopping board in envy because it makes for a more photogenic shot, LOL. My friends joked that I should call the waiter over and demand to change my plate to a chopping board for the sake of a good photo. 😂

#ootd time! I only have one photo because we met in the Orchard Gateway library to finish up the birthday card for one of the girls, and I had to hurriedly snap a photo before I ran away in embarrassment. We even got chased off by the librarian because we sat on the floor for 2 minutes in an attempt to stick some things onto our A4 sized card. It was so embarrassing. 😂

Anyway yesterday was one of the days I was having terrible cramps and feeling bloated to boot.

I really had no mood to dress up or wear anything tight, so I ended up with that. You know those days when you're having cramps, and you feel as bloated as a whale and everything you wear makes you feel fat? This was one of those days. 😫 On top of it, my house Internet has been wonky the past week, so I've been surviving on no Internet, which really makes all the pmssy hormones in me rage 🙄
