Fayth Cadence Sleeveless Top / TCL Kirsten Bow Flats OOTD

Today's #ootd: Sleeveless Cadence Top from #fayth, Kirsten Bow Flats from #TCL and an old pair of cigarette pants from #TTR.

I love love love this outfit, if I may say so myself πŸ˜‚ I wouldn't wear it out on a normal day because it's a bit too dressy but because it's CNY period, so I have an excuse to do it. Now I wonder why I bought that top πŸ˜‚ I got lots of compliments on it from my friends though hehehe.
My mum was like "why did you wear something so revealing?! It looks like the underwear people wore in the past!" πŸ˜‚ When I saw this top I thought it looked like Nezha's underwear too actually HAHA but I like how that looks. πŸ’πŸ» if only people in the past had some way to know their underwear is fashionable now hahaha.

Paired it with nude pants, so nude everything! Except my shoes. I think it's a nice contrast but also because I love black shoes.
Not a fan of this photo, but posting it to show the side view of the flats! It's very comfortable to walk in, and looks so classy as well hehe. ❤️

I had a really great time at my bestie's house with her BF - we caught up with each other and they kept showing me photos of their friends in an attempt to matchmake me LOL. I'm glad I made time to go over even though I'm swamped in work. I had a project meeting before heading over and I'm having one now on Skype. 😡
Attempted some waves again but they obviously failed please don't laugh at me HAHA. By the time I reached her house it just looked like I didn't comb my hair πŸ™„ I obviously need something to set it I think but I have no energy to think of those things now. πŸ˜‚ And I also tried more eyeshadow today but, limited eyelid space to play with. Woes of hooded Asian eyes!! I wish I had larger eyes like my mum and sis and dad.
Ok back to my project meeting. We have a presentation on εˆδΈ‰ which is Wednesday so we want to get the work done before CNY officially starts. Have a nice reunion dinner tomorrow, y'all! 😍 I'm already getting fat on the snacks and bakkwa my parents bought (I told them not to buy any so I wouldn't be tempted!!).
EDIT: OMG GUYS I realized I wore the straps of the top wrongly HAHAHAHA no wonder it looked a little odd 😭😭 I was looking at my ootd photo and wondering why it looked so different from the model pics HAHAHA.

Found a new type of bread for my lunches! I still haven't gotten over Cedele closing down yet - every now and then I walk past the empty store and cry internally over my lost loaves of bread. πŸ˜‚ I tried Bakerzin's ciabatta last week and while it was very affordable, it was too floury and dry, with no fluffiness or substance to it. Maybe that's why you get what you pay for haha. And my momma wins best mom of the year award - she cooked me chicken fillets to use in my lunches because she claims that eating ham every week is going to make me stupid since it's processed food. πŸ˜‚ I'm not going to complain because I get free good meat to put in my sandwiches. #hazelslunch Carted out this dress from #fayth because can you believe it I do NOT have a single black dress.
