Day 4: Herbed Roasted Potatoes, Carrots, Bell Peppers

This was so fuss free and idiot proof. 😌 Peel peel peel, chop chop chop, douse in a small amount of olive oil, liberal amounts of herbs and black pepper, and into the oven they go.
I've been eating too much carbs recently. And I haven't been able to exercise since I fell sick. 😳 And the scary thing about potatoes is that it's so starchy and carby but I can't ever feel full from eating them.
Just some thoughts that have been going on in my mind for the past 1.5 weeks... And I couldn't get it written out into words until now. 😪
Shall chronicle all my exchange rants, trips, diaries, photos, everything with a hashtag but I can't think of any at the moment. #hazexchange2016? 😂 #hewyork? LOL. #hazemerica? #hazelinqueens? #hazenada? #hazeltanronto? 😂
But hey, there's really nothing much I can do about this right? Like it or not, I fly in less than a month, and I've got to deal with everything and anything that comes my way. 💪🏻

End of long emotional rant, I wonder if anyone read through it even. 😅 Going to move onto my ootd photos pretty soon...

Sprayed a ton of hairspray but really my hair refuses to hold my curls. The rain and humidity didn't help.
Wearing #Fayth Layla Flutter Sleeves Dress!

I'm not sure why but the top left part of the front has little ripped threads, like as though it was rubbed over a very rough surface. I didn't even notice it when I was steaming it. Only found out after I had worn it out and was in the fitting room of Warehouse. 😢
Another shot that I really like because I can see highlights + eyeshadow + the sleeves of this dress. I love the sleeves!

Also this post is really just going to be a spam of a lot of photos because it's been some time since I've taken that many photos.

Yesterday's #FOTD! Wearing my Physician's Formula Happy Booster Blush in Rose. It is a really pretty shade of pink so I'm glad I decided to splurge on it! But it is definitely not as pigmented as the Wet n Wild Color Icon Blush. That one packs a punch when u first pop it on your face, and this Physician's Formula one requires some building up. But I feel that it does have a high lasting power. I've been using the Wet n Wild primer and I feel it's been doing a pretty good job too. A very basic eye because I tried a new lippie. Nyx Lingerie in Exotic! Gosh it is such a pretty colour, but I know I have tons of lippies that look so similar to this. Still, no regrets! Currently in a state of dilemma. I need some advice!!  This year I'll celebrate my 21st birthday! And after much deliberation I've decided not to hold a party - I've never been one of the "popular" kids so I've only stuck close to very few people and they're all different cliques who don't know each other, so at a party they would all be self-entertaining within the clique (since I can't possibly split myself to talk to all the cliques). Which I feel defeats the purpose of celebrating my bday. Despite not having a party, I want a cake. Like a gloriously gorgeous personalized cake just for my 21st. And I know who I want to get it from - I've been following and stalking her Instagram newsfeed for almost a year, waiting for the time of my 21st to come so that I can order a cake. Hajime // Internship Week 3

Time for food spam updates. I was supposed to go out this past Saturday with  @ngjieling  and  @mermaidsarereal  but due to unforeseen circumstances it didn't work out. 😅 Been going through a meh time recently, so wanted to meet and talk. Thank you girls for always being my rock and listening to me spazz patiently. :') Ended up going for Jap food with the parents, so all's good. We wanted to try the new Geylang Claypot but were told to come back 3 HOURS later. Not that desperate for Claypot🖐🏻 This is at the newly opened Hajime at myVillage. Maybe I was too hungry, but the food was really good. The soup (NOT miso, YES) was filled with lots of chunks of meat and other ingredients, each meal came with watermelon, and prices are nett. Yes, yes and yes. 👍🏻 The father had the Oyako Don ($10.90). I didn't try any of my parents' food but they liked it. The mother had the Katsu Don ($12.90) which came with a very cool egg unlike the Oyako. Just looking a...
